Los Roques Update

All seems to be on track for Los Roques and the country of Venezuela to be much easier for US citizens to visit. Even now, there are direct flights to Caracas from Miami, and a visa process available for Americans. We are hoping that the visa requirement goes away between now and the time of our scheduled trip in 2027, or becomes even easier than it is now.

When I scheduled this trip originally, I committed to 7 clients plus myself as the host. We have now reached that number of committed anglers, so I reached out to the outfitter yesterday and booked the entirety of the lodge. This means that our group will have it, the guides, and the boats in exclusivity. I have already reserved another guest, but with this addition have room for 3 more anglers.
